excellent stay in Marleybone

was a stay for my partners special birthday and the staff brought us a complimentary bottle of fizz, cake and a card to the room, which was a lovely touch. they also brought us extra bottle of water, more than asked for when we rang down for an extra towel and very helpful. lovely staff. we booked the hotel to be close to my partners son who lives in Marleybone. he also enjoyed the leisure facilities, which are excellent and another reason for choosing this hotel. We stayed in a king studio, which was a nice size.

This hotel and their staff are first class in every way. I can’t imagine feeling more welcome and cared for than our experience at The Marylebne Hotel. The staff is absolutely superb: professional, caring, capable, kind and just perfection in every person we encountered. The room we upgraded to was beautiful and faced out to an ideal if setting in Marylebone; a quaint pub and hat shot just out our corner window. The breakfast were outstanding and included in our rate. It was not buffet—but better. A great continental buffet plus off the menu hot, fresh and not old food. Made to order and very tasty. The staff in the breakfast area was SO amazing. I have never experienced better. Always certain that all was perfect and concerned about our wellbeing and happiness. They even knew us by name. We will definitely be coming back. It’s our new home in London. And our favorite neighborhood.
