"Had a three different 3-day periods at hotel, meanwhile I had excursions round Chile and then returned to Santiago. Hotel location was perfect for me cause I do not need high standard conditions or room service. Around hotel was lots of local restaurants to choose, easy to walk almost everywhere, local Cabify and Uber had an easy access to front door. Personell at reception were fantastic, attendantive and glad. Outsourced breakfast service and breakfast generally was a disappointment - ready “plate” on a table and “coffee buffet”. A bit groomy faces with a couple who run the place. Luckily great lunch restaurants were nearby. Room was nice, just for my needs. You can also ask room on a higher floor or backside of the building ‘cause there is a busy street at the hotel. Good bed, comfy lining and pillows. Helpful house keeping ladies. "
