A Wonderful Stay! We had a fantastic experience during our stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Mr. Ameen, who greeted us warmly upon arrival. He went above and beyond by providing helpful local area guidance and tips on how to navigate to nearby cities, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The hotel boasts great views and is situated in a centralized location, making it easy to explore the area. Everything was within walking distance— restaurants, shops, and attractions were all easily accessible. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. It's the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality!

Comfortable accommodation close to everything

This was a pleasant place to stay and all staff were helpful and obliging. Good position in city within easy reach of everywhere. Comfortable bed and good bathroom and shower pressure. Would say that if people were large with a lot of luggage perhaps a bigger room than a studio would be appropriate, as accommodation is quite small.

The property was clean and centrally located. We arrived just as the blackout began. Luckily our driver, Paolo was there to pick us up. When we arrived, the elevators were not working because of the blackout. That did not matter because their team, including Ameen & Katia. They helped to take our luggage upstairs. Three flights!! The front desk team including Bruna and Andrea were super accommodating and even booked our private tours. We were a party of three and it was quite comfortable. Would def recommend this hotel.

Could not get more central to Lisbon. Easily access everything in the central districts and a short walk to the train station. Less than an hour for to door from Sintra. Really friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely stay next time in town.

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Baixa. It was a perfect location to explore the local historic sites and there is so many great restaurants in the surrounding streets. It is very easy to access the metro from the apartments. The staff were very friendly and were always around if we needed anything.

Perfect stay in Lisbon!

From the second we booked we were thoroughly impressed with Villa Baixa. They went out of their way to help us get situated and assisted with helping us find parking. The apartment was super clean, bright and comfortable + in a great location within walking distance to so many sites, shops and restaurants. But the staff were the true gem. They were so nice and very helpful. I can't recommend this place enough! Would definitely book here again next time in Lisbon.

This was a great location, friendly and helpful staff, and amazing accommodations. I was hesitant to stay at a hotel that is a not a chain and does not have a 24hr reception, but I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I went to London after Lisbon and stayed at the W at Leicester Sq for $500/night. Villa Baixa was better than that.

I was very impressed with the apartment. It was spacious with great views from the balcony. In a great location, walkable to restaurants, shops, and local stores. The service was wonderful.
