The property was stunning the staff went above and beyond the rooms were big it had everything you needed for a night out to see Robbie Williams concert and come back to a lovely large room fantastic value for money and beautiful hotel my husband loved the rain fall shower I loved the bath fantastic time 11 out of 10 thank you montcalm brewery x

Stayed for a comfortable couple of nights. There were a few issues. Air-conditioning was faulty. The water was off for a few hours one afternoon for maintenance. The room was not serviced. I don't know if this was deliberate or an omission.

Hotel is a short walk from the Barbican tube station. An impressive entrance lobby and while well appointed, the rooms are a little tired around the edges. The hotel would benefit from a more spacious bar area and a proper bar. The breakfast was good quality with plenty of choice and nicely situated in the adjoining Chiswell Street Dining Rooms. Throughout the stay the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Poor Service

Hotel couldn’t host me due to an issue with their hotel, so they rebooked me in a much lower quality and cheaper hotel that was miles away from their hotel. Poor service
