There were roaches in the room so I checked out the next day so I didn’t not stay 2days. I talked to the manager and he was suppose to refund me one night and did not. The property was disgusting and did not look like the picture very disappointing

Property was good but had an issue with the pool area. Almost every chaise was reserved . We got there about 11:00 and by 3:30 no one ever showed up for them. This is the second time this has happened

Hotel is convenient for the convention center but is very outdated. Walking through the front door you smell mold but once inside it is clean. Hotel is very old and in need of a full remodel.
