Extremely unfriendly guy in the reception when checking in. Didn’t even say Hi or Welcome. Also he insisted on the extra 20 euro for wanting to check in at 14:50 (original check in time 15) despite us arriving at 13:00 and said we can wait and we’ll go for lunch in the meantime. To say that 10 min before is just ridiculous. Also booked two rooms wich we wanted next to each other because of children. Ende upp with separate rooms but one was connected to other room with other guests with a locked but thin door between. One of the worst stays in recent years. Avoid at all costs.

Als wir ankamen war im Zimmer nur ein Bett vorbereitet, obwohl wir für 4 Personen gebucht hatten. Die Couch wurde aber nach unserem Hinweis schnell hergerichtet. Am nächsten Abend kamen wir ins Zimmer und das Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt. Die Handtücher lagen alle noch auf dem Boden und es gab keine frischen. Das Personal war aber super freundlich und das Bett auch sehr bequem. 15 Minuten Fußweg zur S-Bahn und in wenigen Minuten beim Bus.

Das Zimmer sauber und ordentlich. Etwas klein aber für unserer Zwecken, eine Dienstreise , völlig ausreichend. Sehr nettes Personal. Und wirklich auch sehr gutes , abwechslungsreiches, Frühstück. Allerdings ist die Parkplatzsituation ,rund um das Hotel , sehr sehr problematisch.
