"Hieno hotelli Tiranan keskustassa. Hyvä aamupala, erinomainen kuntosali ja hieno spa-alue. Hotellihenkilökunnasta erityiskiitoksen ystävällisestä palvelusta ansaitsevat siivojat. Vastaanottohenkilökunnan palvelu oli keskimäärin hyvää tasoa, mutta 5-tähden hotellille parannettavaakin vielä on. Asiointi onnistui ongelmitta englanniksi. Ennakkoon tilatun lentokenttäkyydin kanssa oli ongelmia (kyyti ei tullut sovitusti), mutta lopulta hotelli hoiti ja hyvitti tilanteen hyvin. Kokonaisuudessaan erinomainen hotelli hinta-laatusuhteeltaan Euroopan yleiseen tasoonkin verraten. "
