"Beautiful hotel! Small problem with check-in that the staff handled well once brought up. Only Downside is the pool room air was "sauna like" which made it tough to sit and watch the kids. Had to sit by the entrance door with it open. 2 other parents joined us as they thought it was unbearable ..."

"Engineering addressed an issue with water temperature out of the bathroom faucet. Warm water coming out of faucet when handle was in cold position. Never completely fixed, I believe there are lines crossed somewhere in the system."
