We kindly ask that you adhere to these times to allow our cleaning team to prepare the house for the next guests. Free parking is available on the premises. Please note that the maximum number of guests allowed is 6. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. We also do not allow pets or any events, parties, or large gatherings. The minimum age to book is 25. You might be asked to complete our independent verification to comply with short-term rental regulations. A government-issued photo ID matching the credit card used for booking is required, and a check-in form must be submitted within 2 days of booking. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
