"We chose the hotel on the basis that there is breakfast included in the price. This hotel cost a little more than others nearby. However, we didn't get breakfast on two days, nothing and on two cold coffee and a small muffin. We informed the clerk about this and another customer (she was local) was also doing the same thing at the same time. The clerk promised to inform the manager about this. When I asked later. The answer was that Complimentary breakfast is like this and it costs nothing. However, when making a reservation, it is stated that breakfast is included in the price. When I left, my glasses were left in the room. My own mistake. When I arrived at the next hotel, I asked the Manager's email if they had been found. They could have kindly answered even if they hadn't found them."
