Welcome to our classic Newburyport apartment. This is a two-Story townhouse located in a historic brick building next to Cashman Park. This location is ideal for exploring our coastal city. Downtown Newburyport with shopping, restaurants and nightlife is a quick eight minute walk away.

This two story townhouse apartment features:
Downstairs is an open concept living room and a kitchen (stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig with coffee and tea). The space is 760 sq ft.

The living room has a couch, coffee table a chair and HD TV on the wall. There is a table with four chairs for dining. There's a small desk with a chair for work/studying.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, both with locking doors for privacy. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and a bureau and a closet with hangers for clothes. The top of the closet has extra blankets, linens, an iron and ironing board.

There is a second smaller bedroom upstairs with a twin bed and small bureau.

Upstairs is the three quarters bathroom with a stand-up shower (no tub) and a hair dryer.

Outside the master bedroom there is a shared second story deck that overlooks the park.

Two parking spaces and WiFi are included with your stay.

The basement has a clothes washer and dryer that are not shared with other units.
