Room was clean and comfortable except both times the room was hot - 25 degrees- and the thermostat does nothing. There is a dehumidifier but that does not help. Would not stay again until ...

Nice hotel convenient to NRT airport, with free shuttle every hour. I liked that there was a 7-Eleven in the lobby! Service was great as well. I just took a while to figure out where the light switch and electric outlets were, but overall that wasn't a problem.
