Best 5 Star Hotels in La Guancha

"The concept of running a big hotel complex all inclusive and activities via application would be nice if the created app would work. We stayed for 5 nights and the application was not working at any point. We missed many activities because of the issue. The food was good, try especially different cheeses with honey. The smoothie buffet was so delicious. The hotel is nice, rooms spacious. You get a small workout every time you go somewhere as there are a lot of stairs anywhere you go. Taxi to airport costs around 20 euros, to Los Americas 30 euros. We chose all inclusive as there is nothing near this hotel. But our main thing was only to relax and enjoy sun and food. Beach towels could be changed at any time. You need taxi to go anywhere. There is a tiny shop at the hotel, but it has mostly souvenirs. Location near airport did not bother at all. Overall the experience was good, but will probably not return to this hotel."

"Ensimmäinen 12 tuntia hotellissa oli täysi fiasko. Meille kerrottiin, että tarjolla on myöhään saapuvien buffet - ei ollut. Ravintolan esimies kävelytti meitä ympäri hotellia ja loppupeleissä ainoa ruokavaihtoehto oli sporttibaarin kylmät voileivät. Pettymys oli suuri. Seuraavana aamuna menimme nälkäisenä aamiaiselle ja löysin salaatistani kuusi pientä ötökkää. Reklamaationi otettiin onneksi vakavasti ja hyvitystä tapahtuneesta tarjottiin. Onneksi loma lähti kulkemaan alkua paremmin ja ruuan laatukin koheni. Palvelussa oli hieman toivomisen varaa ja esimerkiksi aamiaisella, lounaalla ja päivällisellä tilaamamme juomat unohdettiin monta kertaa. Siisteydestä pidettiin huolta ja ravintoloita ja allasalueita siivottiin nonstoppina. Huoneessamme oli kuitenkin muutamia lasipintoja, jotka eivät olleet ihan niin siistit kuin olisi pitänyt olla. Olimme lomalla alle 1- ja 3-vuotiaan lapsen kanssa. Lapset oli huomioitu hienosti miltei kaikkialla, siitä plussaa. En kuitenkaan tiedä, tulisimmeko uudelleen, sillä kaikki osa-alueet jättivät toivomisen varaa ja viiden tähden tasoon on mielestämme matkaa. Sain myös ruokamyrkytyksen toiseksi viimeisenä päivänä, joten viimeinen vuorokausi meni sängyn pohjalla. Kaiken kaikkiaan ok loma."
