"We stay here every time we visit Chicago. Always convenient, beds are comfy and staff is wonderful. Newly renovated too. Icing on the cake."

"Def check out the rooftop view on the 17th floor. Byron was excellent for guest services on 2 occasions. Was able to check in early and walk 2 blocks to the lake. Breakfast was free but meh. Go 2 blocks West to the 3rd Coast Cafe,was reasonably priced and the food was very good."

"The common spaces were fun and accessible. The room was smaller than expected- the king size bed was the width of the room so only accessible from one side. The shower and bathroom door were frosted glass - fine for my husband and me but it would be awkward to share with others."
