Front desk staff not helpful. Kiosk not helpful. I guess they ran out of my room type. And instead of the kiosk telling me this all it said was “your room will be ready at 3pm” but it was 8pm already. Staff offered to upgrade my room but for $250 more per night (seriously!??)

Check in was quick, able to get a room before 4 pm which was fantastic! Room was clean and I loved the kettle for us tea drinkers! Bathroom was very clean, and the toiletry products smelled nice. Overall a great 3 day stay!
