Wonderful property! Only complaint is there was no soap or shampoo/body wash in the bathroom anywhere! Had to wash hands with dish soap found under the sink. Only stayed one night so didn’t bother to go to the lobby and asked. Tried calling once but was on hold forever.

Property was very clean and well taken care of. Lots of things for kids to do pool is nice they also have a water park which is extra $ to enter. They have a great arcade, a market with everything you could want and a very good restraunt. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and beds comfortable however, you have to request housekeeping 24 hours in advance and they will only come every 3 days. Breakfast was good. The pool, kids room, playground and lake were all very different than the pictures appear. The staff also do not answer the phone ever.
