"Workers especially Nathan were super friendly. Parking can be a problem. Chairs on deck over the river were very comfortable. We walked into Gatlinburg and we are old. The hotel is also on Free Tram route. I would stay here again."

"Overall property was very good just nearby Yosemite entrance. Nice river view. We got second floor and had lots of luggage so it was. Difficult to take them up. Rooms has no locks from inside. Living room AC was not working. When I checked it was turned off from the AC button and I turned it on then ..."
