Hotel is ideally situated, just a 2 minute walk to the terminal . Rooms are very clean. Only criticism would be lack of a hairdryer in the room.

Ideal location for late flight back to Birmingham. Shame we were given a room number that didn’t exist to start with. Then when we went to get a cup of tea the area was dirty and had no teabags or milk. A bit of attention would have made a big difference to our experience.

Good for early airport departure

Very convenient for airport departure, 5 min walk. Room clean and tidy, but a bit basic and bleak . Comfortable bed.

A good option for an early morning flight.

The hotel rooms are very small, as is expected, the top bunk wasn’t made up so I had to do that myself which felt like a serious challenge and the edge on the bunk was very small, we were worried our wriggly sleeper might fall out. It was actually quite quiet during the night. A good option for an early morning flight, but you really don’t get a lot for your money.

Very welcoming at Reception, we had a couple of problems with the room which they sorted out very quickly. Very impressed with them both. The hotel is very convenient for the Terminals at Birmingham airport even more so if you have an early flight
