Tiny room just about big enough for 1 person with 2 or 3 coat hangers, bed was ok, shower was small and cramped, all in all it was pretty basic and the price reflects the convenience of being next door to the airport not the quality of the hotel.

This hotel is very convenient for the very early flights from Birmingham Airport as you can walk direct to the terminal in about 2 mins. From alarm at 2.50am to beers in the lounge was under 30 mins.

Awful start to our holiday

We were very dissapointed with the room we had first of all it was very small i requested twin beds it was double we had plus there was a horrible smell in the shower I will not stay at Ibis again we have a few times in the past standard has definitely gone down hill there

Filthy unmade bed, shame as location is great

The 3rd bed wasn’t made, it was quite difficult to make this due to it being a bunk bed. The sheet was also badly stained, and had it been made the staff would have seen this. Otherwise the location was great.
