Bar area was cold even though it was sleeting outside when we arrived! The staff said that the heating wasn’t working! Think that heating in the winter should come as basics even in a budget hotel!

Room 132 is very noisy, every ten minutes hiss and bang (presume water pressure flushing from all floors above). Also key access to lift and room poor, many had to ask for help. Stayed often and first time has these issues though .
