Nice room and good facilities, very good location. Lovely views from the breakfast area. A minor issue (not the hotel's fault): access to parking in the adjacent public multistorey is not good - stairs only when the shopping mall is closed e.g. Sunday before 11am; and when it is open the lifts in the mall are inadequate for the number of people using them.

Excellent hotel

Great location, straight across the road from the train station and near to shops. Extremely clean and lovely friendly staff, nothing too much a problem for them. Amazing breakfast, continental and cooked with dining area having a large glass front. Would definitely recommend as somewhere to stay if you are visiting Liverpool

Great location

Great location, over the road from the Empire theatre and Line St station. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent too. St Johns car park used by guests can be busy especially on a Saturday if checking in , managed to find a spot at the top though. If you're travelling by train though, hotel is across the road.

Typical Holiday Inn hotel, clean modern surroundings, comfy beds with pillow choices and friendly helpful staff. Positioned within a 2 minute walk from Lime Street station and right on the edge of the city centre. Usual breakfast choices well cooked and presented. Ideal for sightseeing or business.
