Great place to stay

Fantastic location right next to the station. Comfy bed and good shower. All we needed! Staff were really nice. Only downside was one lift was broken while we were there.

My overall stay was okay. The room and facilities were satisfactory, but the breakfast was quite disappointing in terms of variety and quality. On a positive note, the reception staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made a good impression. With some improvements to the breakfast, the experience could be much better.

Lift Issues

Stayed at the hotel before ideal location to explore Liverpool. Rooms were clean and breakfast excellent. Only let down was one of the lifts was not working, seemed it had been broken for a couple of weeks. Using only one lift caused a lot of delays especially at breakfast time. Staying on the 5th floor meant a lot of steps. Hopefully they will get it sorted before my next visit.

I was only there for one night so hard to judge fully. However, that one night was very comfortable, hotel convenient location, very nice hotel. Staff were great and food and breakfast was very nice. Would definitely stay again for longer.
