The hotel is basic but clean, comfortable beds and a great shower. Can be a little noisy so suggest ear plugs but this is only because you are in a prime location. Well worth a check as cheap as chips

Beautiful and clean hotel

Was a lovey clean room, only bad part was no hot drink making facilities in the rooms or spare pillows. There is hot drink machine in the reception altho when we visited it was out of order. Apart from that its an amazing hotel and right near everything. All in walking distance.

Hotel and room very clean basic but clean, corridor stank as someone was smoking weed, it was noted but stank for our 3 days! We had to source clean towels as i was told she didnt clean the room as we were there 3 nights! I says but we need clean towels everyday... nice cemtal location and discount on parking was a bonus would deff stay again for £35 a night this was a great stay give or take a few MINOR obsticales.. also u pay £2.40 per night on arrival for city tax... that was new to me... staff were very helpful and biggest downfall was NO KETTLE in room.. also a first for me...over and all i would recommend this hotel as it was only just for sleeping at end of a few great days out

Very clean but no kettle

I was disappointed because there wasnt a kettle in my room and the machine in the lobby was broken so i was unable to get a hot drink. Also the tv wouldn't switch on which i reported but still wouldn't work when i went back to the room .

When i arrived at the property we were advised that a rokm had not been paid for. Upon checking, it sgowed that the hotel tried to charge us an extra £500 for all the rooms. I had phoned 2 weeks prior to our stay anr they confirmed what had been originally agreed. They refused to go back to the original amount and we cancelled the rooms and managed to find somewhere else. The servide was shocking and i wouldnt recommend this hotel at all

This is very budget friendly and incredibly central location with excellent food places and easy access to the Cavern, Beatles museum and Albert Dock. Great discount on car parking too.

No USB ports were available, and no adapter loans were provided in the room, despite the refurbishment—had to buy one past 10 PM. Room was extremely cold, with a high ceiling and small heater that failed to warm the space. Stark interior amplified the chill, making sleep uncomfortable. No kettle, which is rare in the UK. Though hot water was available at reception, all warm drinks required payment. Security concerns—no chain lock on the door. TV reception was poor, filled with static. Unexpected £2.40 tourism tax charged at check-in. Luggage storage post-checkout cost £2 per item, despite the room rate exceeding £100 per night. Booked based on polished branding, unaware it was a budget hotel—felt more like a hostel. Location was convenient, but overall satisfaction was low. Future guests should check services carefully and bring necessary items for a more comfortable stay.

I could hear all the noises, from people walking up and down the corridor, next room's TV to everything that was going on in the street. So much noise made it very difficult to sleep and kept being woken up by noise. Other than that, all good
