my flight times were significantly changed, to the point where this hotel was not usable. I called, I emails, I begged and I pleaded to get a refund. The customer service person did an investigation and said they would escalate to leadership and I heard nothing back. They basically took payment, knowing I would not be able to stay in the hotel. Expedia was a go betweener, and was no help and it all begs to question, why bother with Expedia? It's not that much cheaper and you lose all control.
