The place to be for departures from Terminal 2

Great hotel, quiet room, comfortable bed, decent restaurant on site, helpful staff at the desk. I would stay there again if I needed a place to sleep to either prepare for a trip out of terminal 2 the next day (as I did this time), or recover from a return trip that arrived in terminal 2. Heathrow is a HUGE airport, so if you need it for a departure and are not leaving from terminal 2, I am not sure it would be more convenient than another hotel with shuttle service to the door.

Pleasant and convenient accommodations

Perfect choice for staying in London before a morning flight. There are several restaurants in terminals 2 & 3 that can be walked to in the evening. Checkout was seamless. Room was clean and a good size with plenty of USB ports for charging devices.

Room was spacious in excellent decorative order bed very comfortable. Bars and restaurant offering extensive menus well priced with attentive and knowledgeable staff. Food and drinks excellent quality - clearly there is a high turnover of guests but it did not feel like that at all with areas kept clean and well presented and service from staff prompt and professional.

Great location if you are using terminal 2 or 3. Super nice rooms and bath. Excellent bar on 14th floor with runway views. We also took the underground into London and it was convenient. Highly recommend this property

Nice hotel but bathroom needs attention. Shower not the best. Plug in sink not closing and light out at writing desk. Also lighting in bathroom quite dark. Apart from that good food in restaurant . Would stay here again.
