An Unforgettable 10-Star Experience. If I could give the Holiday Inn Express London Heathrow Airport more than 5 stars I would not hesitate to award them a full 10 stars. This wasn't just a stay it was a masterclass in hospitality from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were incredibly warm, efficient, and welcoming. They made the check in process seamless after a long flight and their genuine smiles set the tone for the entire visit. A special thank you to them for their professionalism and kindness. What truly sets this hotel apart however is the dedication of the entire teamvboth seen and unseen. While the front desk and breakfast staff were visibly excellent, it's the meticulous work of the unseen housekeeping and maintenance teams that deserves equal acclaim. The rooms were nothing short of immaculate. Every surface was spotless the bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was sparkling clean. This level of cleanliness doesn't happen by accident; it reflects the hard work and pride of a dedicated team working behind the scenes to ensure every guest's comfort. The outstanding service was consistent across the board. The complimentary breakfast had a great variety of hot and cold options, and the area was kept well stocked and tidy by an attentive crew. In short every aspect of my stay was perfect. The entire team at this hotel from the friendly faces at the front desk to the unseen heroes take a bow. Astonishing stay.

The front desk was kind enough to let us have a room at 11:30 am rather than wait until 4:00 pm. That was ver appreciated. Easily accessible at Terminal 4 where you don’t need to go outside and easy transfer to other terminals by train at no charge. Breakfast was free and plentiful.

Perfect location - a few minutes walk to/from terminal 4 via a covered walkway. All staff were very friendly and welcoming - check-in was very quick and efficient. Lovely clean room with very comfy bed, tea/coffee facilities, hairdryer, toiletries and ironing board/iron. We ate in the restaurant in the evening - delicious food and very attentive and friendly staff. Lovely self-service breakfast in the morning - good range of food and drinks - something for everyone! All in all an excellent experience and I would thoroughly recommend this hotel - we will definitely be returning in the future!!

Great hotel for a night stay connected to the airport. However, there is nothing around to do/see and the shuttles from the other terminals to the hotel's terminal end at midnight (last bus from Central bus station is at 00:00 N555). The last Elizabeth line underground arrives at the terminal around 11:30pm.

It was hard to get to unless you land in Terminal 4. We had to take 2 trains (not clearly marked) then walk about a half mile to get to it. Once there, everything was closed (arrived a little after 10) unless you wanted a full meal) when i asked if they had a shuttle to go to terminal 3 in the morning, they said yes and showed me the schedule. What they didn't mention was that you have to pay 10lbs each to board and that it hit a number of other hotels. also the room had an odd smell.
