One night after long haul flight

A one night stay aftet long haul flight. Excellence location and links within Heathrow Airport. Basic room but was great value for the price. The breakfast was included and was fantastic. All staff were very helpful. Would stay again.

Very nice and clean hotel room. The bed is very comfortable and the amenities are excellent. Breakfast is included and there is a great assortment of items, which should please anybody. The location is great, it is located on Terminal 4 of Heathrow airport. It is a short commute to Terminal 5, which we usually use. The hotel also provides a shuttle for a minimal fee. I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express at Heathrow.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and overall the room was great. My only complaint is the first room I was given had a malfunctioning lock and several trips back and forth to the front counter eventually lead to me being given another room. Later on that evening after a trip to the city center i discovered that the shampoo bottle was empty and the shower door didn't close properly and would open by a couple inches. But besides that it was great.
