I would have given this 5* but staff was not courteous, as there were 2 other people at the counter when we were checking in, they failed to acknowledge us, took their time even though they were not doing anything or helping anyone else. Our room was right by the lobby and it was noisy, didn't sleep well at all. Other than that bed was super comfy, rooms were clean. Just work on your staff and you'll be getting 5*! Would stay here again and request a room away from the lobby.

Room had no heating. We didn’t complain as we didn’t realise straight away and it was now 11 30pm. We just wanted to sleep. Previous reviewers had same experienced. Room was quiet and clean. Taxis is £25 bus is £6 each.

As a family, we stayed at different hotels close to Heathrow, Terminal 5. Leaonardo is the best. Their staff, facilities, wonderful breakfast and mostly helpful and smiling staff are indeed the best. Not to forget how close it is to the bus stop to travel back to the airport (which takes only few minutes). During my latest stay two days ago, I had forgotten to bring my adapter for my laptop. Ronald (i hope i did not spell it wrong) went above and beyond to find me one. Emily at the front desk was so kind and nice. Even though we arrived at the hotel almost two hours prior to check in time, she gave us a priority (i traveled with a toddler) and after waiting for 30 minutes, we were able to get into our room after a long flight. I already reserved our room at this hotel for our layover in June of this year. Again, many thanks.

I stay here pretty often with work and again always good service and can't fault anything room is clean tidy and quiet no noise from any other rooms would highly recommend staying at the Leonardo for the price it is great

Rooms we crazy clean. Shower pressure and temperature was amazing plus the shampoo and body wash smelled like you were at a spa. Extremely clean. Bed was plush and extremely comfy. Bonus having the bar/restaurant downstairs. Perfect for delayed or missed flights because of how close it is to the airport. Can’t say enough positive things about it. Amazing hotel and the staff were very friendly. The manager was amazing.
