Our room was spotless and every staff member we met was friendly, courteous and polite. All the food we ate in the bar was tasty and delicious and the breakfast buffet was plentiful. We will definitely stay again!

The room was very good with a comfortable bed,and quality bedding. The bathroom was well supplied with toiletries and good towels. The room temperature was easy to change and regulate which was a bonus. I was very happy to find quality coffee sachets and real milk in the room. U nfortunately the airport shuttle advertised was a great disappointment and it should be pointed out that it is an independent company and not at all reliable.

Great find! Such good value and service at Leonardo Heathrow. Well connected to public transport so the approx hour trip into centre of London is a good compromise. Saved hundreds by not booking in London City. Great for solo or couples. Only issue is the lift which is old and super slow but works and anyway should use the stairs more after the great breakfasts at the hotel- good selection and great service. Thank you!
