Staff were amazing super friendly and helpful. Beds were too short and super uncomfortable. Quilt covers were scratchy as were the pillows, every time you moved it sounded like someone was scrunching up foil.

Welcoming check in. Rooms good and clean. Hoppa hotel bus to airport handy. Many buses in morning to airport. Hardly any in the evening to get to hotel

I had a wonderful stay at this airport hotel. The property is modern, and the staff at check-in were friendly and professional. My room was spotless, very comfortable, and impressively quiet — ideal for an overnight stay before my flight. Even though we were right next to the airport, I didn’t hear a thing, thanks to what must be triple-glazed windows. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and both the food and service were excellent. The wait staff were attentive, and the whole experience couldn’t be faulted. The shuttle service was very convenient, picking up right outside the hotel and getting us to Terminal 5 in about 15 minutes. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again.
