I have now stayed here multiple times , always found the staff to be helpful and polite . This the go to hotel while visiting the uk . Had a small problem with the heating not working. The staff gave us an alternative room ..which was an executive suite . So no complaints Highly Recommended !!

Good room for an early flight from Heathrow. Late evening meal in the restaurant was better than expected. It's a big hotel, I'm sure they could run their own shuttle bus instead of relying on a private provider that does an airport hotel circuit.

The room was super clean and very cosy. Bathroom condition was also great. Breakfast was wonderful and staff were very kind. It was a bit tricky to access from the airport though. There’s a shuttle from the hotel but not the other way around, and it’s charged. Worth if you have an early flight next day.

Great hotel for overnight stay close to LHR. Whole shuttle bus is not practical at all but that is a LHR authority issue (I think) not the hotel's fault. Waiting for the Hoppa out in cold instead of being able to call a hotel shuttle like most other cities is a pain. When I have another overnight stay in LHR definitely will consider Leonardo
