Kam at reception was very gracious. The room was fine. Bathroom was great except there weren’t any washcloths. The addition of a Keurig coffee maker would be a great improvement to offered facilities.

Room was extremely cold. It was about 1 degree outside and my AC didn’t work so my room was 15-16 degree all night extremely cold and uncomfortable. I asked them to move me said they have no availability. I booked a king size room they gave me a two double beds separate. Again asked them and they pretty much said what you get is what it is. Last. Transport to airport was very unreliable. The bus basically didn’t show up. Asked front desk she said take the public bus it’d be “cheaper” I got an uber anyway but caused some delays. Overall the staff was not good and room conditions were also terrible
