Great location to Heathrow. Food is ok not great as well as bar options and expensive for not great quality. Breakfast is ok not great. Always busy at check in with limited staff and they don’t take cash.

When we fly into Heathrow we always stay at the Leonardo .The staff are super friendly always attentive .The bar/restaurant is always humming with activity .The breakfast is wonderful ,rooms are squeaky clean it’s a winner all around.We have stayed here numerous times and enjoyed it everytime .

It is hard to get to Heathrow hotels using on again/off again shuttles. However upon arriving at Leonardo’s, I was quickly checked in and could relax the rest of the day. Room was quiet, clean and had a kettle! No funny tasting tea coming out of a coffee machine that North American hotels stock in each room.
