Central heating doesn’t work, reported to reception 3 times and they did not send anyone we were freezing. Had to go under the duvet to warm up before getting ready to go out then found the iron wasn’t working reported it 4 times before my sister had to physically go to reception. Eventually a man came with a replacement iron and I asked him to check the heating he confirmed it wasn’t working and brought us a portable plug in heater. Terrible experience considering I paid for room upgrade at check-in
