Why oh why have online check in

So why do you have to stand in line and check in again when you’ve already checked in OnLine Checking in with reception took a painful 10mins And why I had to pay for one nights parking surely that should have at least come in with the room price The hotel itself one would say is tired and communal areas well used The room was clean and tidy and I know it’s picky but odd cups and no complementary biscuits Overall not great and a little disappointing

I will give this place 3 stars because it achieved the bare minimum of giving us a nice place to sleep and bathe the night before our flight. However, everything else about this hotel was misleading. The website notes services that they do not offer and lists items they did not have in stock which led to an extremely disappointing experience. I would not stay again.

The staff were amazing. Loved them all. They were very helpful and attentive. My room was always clean and welcoming every time I stepped into the room. Easy to walk to transportation (bus/train). Loved it. I would recommend you to stay here. It would be nice if the menu changed a bit. But still good food

Good place to stay for Terminal 2 at Heathrow

Hotel is a good value for money. Good buffet breakfast available for an extra charge. Also easy access on London transport bus if traveling from terminal 2. (No need to use hotel hoppa bus if you use Google maps!)
