I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and it’s a great location for the airport, quiet and the communal areas, bar and restaurant are perfect. This time I found the bed and bedding lacking - I can only assume that before they were less used and therefore more comfortable. Now I know that the comfort of a mattress and bedding / pillows is personal preference however the mattress was hard and lumpy and the pillows were rock hard….. they hurt my ears!!! I did give the feedback the following morning and was given a free coffee whilst I waited for the taxi.

There was a disgruntled person at checkin right before me, kind of scary. The desk attendant was not welcoming and hard to understand. She could have been upset. The decor is a bit run down, but its clean amd was quiet.

Great staff, very friendly. I liked the breakfast. I see a few wear & tear on the property, but otherwise, the hotel looks good. The hotel was easy to get to by public transportation. I would stay here again.
