The staff were amazing. Loved them all. They were very helpful and attentive. My room was always clean and welcoming every time I stepped into the room. Easy to walk to transportation (bus/train). Good place to stay for Terminal 2 at Heathrow

Hotel is a good value for money. Good buffet breakfast available for an extra charge. Also easy access on London transport bus if traveling from terminal 2. (No need to use hotel hoppa bus if you use Google maps!)

Ok but not 4 star hotel

This hotel was ok. 3 star hotel at best. I just want people to know the listing is misleading and to set appropriate expectations. The room is fine. It’s very close to Heathrow. There is no real airport shuttle, but it’s easy to get to once you know where to go. There is an expensive shuttle bus that runs like once an hour. The other option is public buses which are cheaper and run every few minutes which is great. They drop you off close to the hotel, but you still need to walk about a block to the entrance. At night it feels a bit unsafe. When you see that the hotel has a “shuttle” know that’s not true and it’s not free. But the public bus is convenient and runs often. It’s also quick. Like a 5 min ride.

Not worth the price

I was incredibly disappointed with my overall experience. I booked this hotel because my flight got rescheduled and I had previously stayed at other locations. I needed a good hotel so that did not contribute to my stress. However I was disappointed by the service compared to the price. First, not having any complimentary toiletries like toothpaste (they charged you for it) and there was no conditioner in the room. Only shampoo and body wash (the latter was empty). Again this would be fine if it was a cheaper hotel but it is not. Then the dining experience was not good, the service was terse and the food was very bad - extremely oily and overcooked which again for the price was frustrating.
