Long queue at reception on arrival, took about 20 mins to check in. My sister had checked in online but made no difference as still had to complete form & pick up key. Staff however polite & helpful, just not enough of them at busy period. Room was ground floor & absolutely freezing! Took at least 1.5 hours to reach reasonable temperature. Basic tea/coffee provided but no water which is very mean

The room thermostat didn’t work. It was freezing outside and the room was also freezing. I checked in late because we arrived late and couldn’t sleep. I complained to the front desk. not worth the price to freeze all night

Maybe not allow there to be whole parties at the hotel. People staying that close to the airport are most likely having to be up really early. I had to go downstairs twice to finally get the manager to go do something about the issue. He did, but only after I went downstairs twice to mention something to him.
