The property is in a great location and is spotless ly clean. All of the staff were warm and friendly

Alway stay at this hotel when in Blackpool. Martin, the owner always makes you feel welcome. The rooms are small but very clean and the breakfast is delicious and plentiful

We always stay here when visiting Blackpool. Martin and Jorge are always very welcoming. Lovely and clean and handy for bars, restaurants and shops. Weather was awful however which was nothing to do with Pelham Lodge

Too much fuss. Owner oily and garrulous. Breakfast poor (bacon like cardboard, sausage chewy, coffee cold)

Nice hotel,friendly service ,there’s a massage bath,the only thing is I have to find a parking space somewhere else

Went the extra mile

Pros: Friendly
Cons: The only fault I could see was that the shower head needed cleaning
Location: Central to all facilities
Very nice people who done everything they could to give us a pleasant stay.

Good location near the north pier.

Friendly staff with excellent local knowledge. We were made to feel welcome from the minute we arrived.
