My go to stay before leaving London

You can’t go wrong with this convenience. We like to take public transportation in the night before we leave London. You can’t beat the convenience of walking up and walking to the train to zoom to the airport. Nice hotel bar too!

Comfort in the airport

The Crowne Plaza at Heathrow Airport is a solid choice for a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean, and the beds are very comfortable, making for a restful night. The shower was nice, though I was surprised that no washcloths were provided. One thing to keep in mind is the distance from the terminal—it’s quite a walk, which can be challenging if you have a lot of carry-on luggage or aren’t in the best shape. That said, it’s a very comfortable airport hotel, and I wouldn’t mind staying here again.

The 2 young ladies at the reception were exceptional! Seamless check in, and they even arranged a taxi for us to go to T3 early in the morning. The hotel was nice and clean, onsite restaurant and bar and room service available. You can also walk over to T4 and get a quick bite.

Staff were polite, friendly and willing to help. Overal very clean and tidy, modern l. Love the liminal space style exterior looking interior atrium! Could be imposing in the dark, but very cool. Around the hotel, its the airport so to be expected roads and traffic, but very quiet inside. The covered walk way direct into the terminal checkin is worth it every time. So convenient!
