Great hotel - decor fresh and modern compared to other hotels that cost a lot more and location could not be better - Hammersmith Station at bottom of road (piccadilly line serving Heathrow) and at the top of the road is Shepherds Bush Station (Central line serving just about everywhere you'd want to go in London). Lots of shops (including Westfield) and eateries nearby. Staff always helpful and friendly (though not always on reception). Ideal for short stay (with no luggage as there's no lift and stairs are quite narrow). Only issue was the room I was put in. It was an attic room and I kept bumping my head on the sloping roof - had to lean over and hunker down to move about the room - Ensuite claustrophobic for same reasons. Not really suitable to be used as a hotel room I don't think.

Great (presumably family run) Hotel chain with rooms done to a high spec (considering the price). I've spent a lot more on hotels that looked very tired and dated and the decor at this hotel is modern and fresh in comparison. The location could not be better - Hammersmith Station (piccadilly line serving Heathrow) at the bottom of the road and Shepherds bush Station (Central line that serves just about everywhere you'd want to go in London) at the Westfield at the top of the road. Lots of shops / eateries are nearby.
