Convenient, Quiet, Clean, and Comfortable

Great option if you need a hotel connected to Heathrow! We landed at Terminal 5 at 10:45 p.m. from Cyprus, so had to go through immigration and customs, then caught the Heathrow Express to Terminal 2 and were in the hotel by 11:30 p.m. Room was very quiet & clean and the bed and bedding very comfortable . . . we slept well. The next morning it took just over 10 minutes to walk through the underground tunnel to Terminal 3 to catch a 9 a.m. flight to the States.

DEFINITELY RECOMMEND

Loved everything about this property. We were on a quick overnight at Heathrow and the location was extremely convenient. You could walk right to it from Terminal 2 which we were leaving from early in the morning. The restaurant on the premises was also quite good.

It was just perfect for a stay before the early flight the next day. The welcoming staff on the desk made the check-in seamless and I also want to say that the staff in the Runway Bar were just superb. We had drinks and food and it was all perfect. We will definitely be returning.

Overnighting at Heathrow prior to returning to Canada after a lengthy UK visit. Room, restaurant were all good but terrible lighting in the bathroom (too dark), no makeup/shaving mirror and very flat pillows!

Loved having a runway view, we didn’t need to leave the hotel until about 12 noon for our afternoon flight so the 12 noon check out time was perfect for us and being able to have a cup of tea in our rooms and watch the aeroplanes was fantastic and passed the time over nicely

Staff on checkin were not helpful and somewhat rude. Unpleasant after travelling 5 hours to reach the hotel. Hairs on shower wall which were higher than myself or wife. Not sure if I would stay here again for the price and unfriendly welcome. Not a good start to our holiday.

It should be listed as terminal 2. It’s much further away from 3 than expected and looks like on map. When planning, you should be able to rely on the hotel information ahead of waiting until there. It’s wasn’t convenient at all. They had closed the outside for rooftop bar and limited menu. Not impressed at all especially for the price

Staff were friendly, only issue was no conditioner in the room, the bottle was empty so hadn’t been refilled when the room was cleaned which was disappointing.
