A cold welcome

A really poor welcome from receptionists....impatient when explaining how to get to the airport. I'm still waiting for my deposit to be refunded over 10 days later .

Nice hotel for Heathrow access

Very clean and nice hotel. Quiet and even had an outlet that worked for American devices! Restaurant was ok and lack of a shuttle was a bummer but overall this is a nice hotel. I would stay here again for the quick access to Heathrow.

Hotel room and breakfast excellent. Service was nonexistent. Nobody ever answered the front desk, operator, room service phones. Great place if you don’t want anything but if you do, you’re going to be waiting forever

This was a perfect last night to our vacation. Everything needed was onsite, the room was clean and quiet. The restaurant was good. This was also very close tot he airport. Great hotel. Staff was very helpful. It’s also perfectly set up for people flying out from London. There was a kiosk in the lobby I used to arrange out shuttle to the airport.
