Awesome room - was perfect for a one-night stay in manchester and very reasonably priced for the standard of room. Yes I could have got a bigger room at somewhere like The Gardens, but the quality difference was so much different. Felt very premium.

Bar staff were very friendly and helpful but the reception not so good. Probably one of the worse check ins I have had. I was just given my room key, nothing was explained about breakfast, check out time and not even my room number given just the card handed over.
