Great value, walking distance to town.
Faded around the edges but brilliant value, clean, good shower pressure, working tv, iron and hairdryer in room. (They all count). Plus the grab and go breakfast every day, PLUS free parking and really friendly and helpful staff.
Stayed here to watch the football. Easy parking and convenient walkable location to St James’s Park. Had ironing board, hair dryer already in room if needed.
Hotel was ok , car park is safe, a breakfast bag to collect from reception was ok. Toilet and shower cubicle could do with updating or repair. Overall it was ok. Close to city centre.
This was my second stay at the Rooms Inn. I re-booked after my first visit was a really good experience. The room and price of £43 for a double was great. We entered our room on the second visit and initially it looked fine although not as nice as the first one. It looked a bit dated but the bed and the room looked clean. Another story when using the bathroom. The bath, sink and toilet looked clean but then I started noticing all the hairs. A curly on the sink, top of bath and the floor had a lot of ling hair. Obviously, it had not been hoovered or mopped. A couple would not have bothered me. I went to reception and told the receptionist. All the cleaners had gone home but hesaid he would see whathe could do when we went out. Came back, still there. I got soetoilet paper to clean it up myself and found behind the toilet was dirty.
Inconsiderate idiots in room next door, had to phone reception at 00.45 to disburse group gathering making major noise. Basic room but considering price did the job.
