Wonderful hotel but badly impacted by roadworks around the hotel meaning car-park facilities are some distance meaning drop off and departure are very difficult

Staff helpful let me check in early with ease as it was my friends hen do this really helped me. Was happy with the room and had a good night sleep no crazy noise. Only recommendation would be to add herbal teas to the rooms ☺️

A really nice city hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. All the staff I met were friendly and accommodating. A special meeting for Leila on reception for her kind and welcoming smile. Next time I visit Birmingham, I will choose the Clayton.

We were given a room which could be adjoined. This meant we could hear everything next door. Also aircon not working. We requested it to be fixed but no action taken. I have stayed before but wouldn't stay again.
