A lovely hotel in a great location. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The dinner in the sky restaurant was very good and good value. I am only sorry that I did not have time to use the pool and spa. We will be back!

Check in ok, check out not so good, had to ring 3 times before they managed to email the receipt over, air con not great, breakfast not available until 06.30 even for a coffee, and they hold £50 per night in case you eat or buy a drink or wreck the place

I would like to commend the front desk staff member (Young Gentlemen) who checked me in on 19 July 2025 at 1:30 PM. He was courteous, respectful, and provided excellent service, accommodating my request and even allowing me to choose my preferred room. His professionalism and warm hospitality truly stood out — far exceeding the service I’ve experienced at other Crowne Plaza IHG hotels during my travels from London to Birmingham to Glasgow as an Asian guest. A big thumbs up to him for a job well done. I will definitely recommend Genting Hotel Resort World Birmingham to my friends and fellow travellers.
