Staff did very well but with a baby we were given a room which was possibly the furthest away from reception with no lift! The heating was set to 24’ which we had no idea was on as there was also an electric plug in heater. Turned the electric plug in heater off and couldn’t work out why it was just so hot in there. No staff at hotel reception when we arrived. All clean tidy etc and so stay was just ‘ok’

Great stay at this incredibly stylish hotel. Staff amazingly friendly and helpful. My evening meal was great. Didn't have a breakfast this time but will probably opt in for breakfast on my next visit. Would highly recommend.

This was my second time staying here. They seem to be constantly improving this place, which I appreciate. The first time I stayed, the AC was too weak to cool the room, but this time the Ac worked very well. The bed is a true single mattress, not two small beds pushed together, and it is a good mattress. I REALLY appreciated this. The staff are very friendly and helpful, which would brighten our day ;) The location is excellent. Very walkable, and near many bus stops, but not loud. Plus it's right on the water. Looking forward to returning in the future!
