Very limited parking and if you don't get in the option is an NCP carpark down the road which is very expensive. 2 lifts that seem to ignore direction arrows. Ended up on the 13th floor several times trying to get to ground. On the plus side, comfy bed, soft pillows and good location

Tired looking hotel. Old carpets, sticky floor. Complained about there being a tray of old room service lying in a corridor and it remained there for 4 nights. Keycards failed 4-5 times during my week long stay.

Nice hotel, only really used the room and had a quick drink in the bar in the evening. Despite being up on the 6th floor there was quite a bit of noise from the street below in the early hours, but otherwise all fine.

Great service and Thank you for upgrading my room based on my Radisson status. Was not aware that I needed to book parking and ended up paying for parking at a different location. Inconvenient and more expensive.

Perfect weekend city break accomm :)

Last minute booking at 0530 when I realised I hadn’t booked any accomm in Bristol! Great value at £116 room only and just £11 more than the premier inn which ordinarily in London we would use. Fabulous location near the harbour and bars plus a couple of minutes walk to the airport bus stop (15 euros per head return used within a 4 week period I believe). Great soundproofed rooms, spacious and comfortable. The view from the 15 th floor was amazing and we were kindly given this when the blonde lady on reception realised it was a special visit for our wedding anniversary. We definitely will use the hotel again and this was because of our stay. We didn’t have breakfast as we had a lido swim and dine booking but will try it next time.
