Nice hotel room with excellent views, staff very helpful and friendly , there is a bar and live entertainment which we was unaware of before booking but a nice surprise and also a restaurant which serves meals throughout the day.

Location great, but rooms in need of renovation

Hotel was in a great location, right on the seafront. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very tired though, the bed wasn't comfortable and the shower was in need of an overhaul.

We had an issue with the room not being clean well after a previous guest, who had left rubbish on the window ledge which left our room smelling very bad of rotting fish. The staff were very apologetic, we was given room spray and had a member of staff clear the rubbish but the smell was still there. I had to use body spray and a bottle of perfume to cope with the smell. Other then that the room was very well laid out and very comfortable. They also had evening entertainment and a nice seating area outside the front of the property overlooking the beach.

Great hotel but poor maintenance on the room

Hotel is great just the room i stayed in the cleaners didnt clean someone's pubic hair from the soap holder in the shower from who ever stayed in it before me the shower head looked like it was going to fall off as the holder was broken and there was damp and mold on the walls

Nice hotel but needs updated.

The staff were really lovely and very accommodating. The breakfast was hot and buffet style but limited in some aspects but perfectly acceptable. We stayed in room 230 which was a sea view room. I think they are slowly updating the hotel and our room was very pleasant. Unfortunately, we had a problem with the TV which although was sorted out by a member of staff initially proceeded to go back to no signal after about an hour. The hot water in the shower was almost burning and although I tried to turn it down it then went to stone cold. The shower head needed to be replaced too as it wasn’t working properly. The windows are wooden and in bad repair so will need updating at some point. The room was very hot as the window could only open a small amount.

I did a bad review in my second stay in the hotel. It was very disappointed even more the first stay was wonderful. I give them another try and they make it for the bad experience. So I give them back the 5* because they fix the problem and now I can said again that I recommend it and it will make your estay Wonderfull!!!

Like most of the hotels in the area is no AC in the room so if you work online or digital nomad I will not recommend it during summer season. The rooms get terrible hot, is no a mini fridge so no possibility neither to have a cold drink wile you are in your room. So sad because the ocean view room has a wonderful view but during the day is not possible to enjoy it. Then their Ice machine broke and one of the persons that work in the morning requesting fro Ice is like asking for a free night. Very bad activate I was thinking to extend and Over all good location and nice views. Good place if you come for a vacation and live early in the morning and return late afternoon.

Midweek three night stay, and was among the cheapest in the town. Nothing terrible about my stay, but certainly wouldn’t pay above a £50 for it. Room was in line with booking portal pictures, and has had recent redecoration, albeit with a sometimes sloppy finish. Relative to the price, everything is what you’d expect, cheapest pillows and towels, cheap little tv’s, and cheap ancillaries. Minor annoyances were i) a tv with poor connectivity, only packed up 10 random channels even after retuning ii) mattress springs were shot iii) no lamp in the room, so just main light or darkness. Any complaints? No. Would I stay again? I’d try to avoid it.

The staff were all friendly.. nothing special, but what you want from staff, all smiley and respectful.. however.. the room wasn’t great, the cups and spoons you are provided with were filthy with stains and there was hairs all over them.. same on the bed. The bed sheets had stains and marks on them, same with pillows, the bathroom light also didn’t work. Apart from cleanliness the room was pretty basic if your just stopping off for a phew nights, but Definelty don’t stay here for a special occasion, also this hotel houses migrants. So keep that in mind
