Quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of city centre but reasonable close to walk in, cautious evening walking home as it very quiet and dingy. Me and my partner had a very bad night sleep, as the rooms aren’t very insulated heard every door slam and noise from other guest, plus either the room 322 internal water pipes noise kept me up all night. Towels had felt unclean with remains of stains. Limited amenities

I am delighted to read that you enjoyed our location and found it to be rather good, as I sure do hope you had the time to visit some of the most attractive sites its central aspect can offer. I however hope that you had a chance to raise the issues you encountered during your stay with the reception team as I know for a fact they would have been eager to help you.

My room was clean and bedsheets etc were comfortable and clean. However, the bathroom was quite dingy with dirt/moss? along the bathtub wall. Just feels like the bathrooms need a bit of a renovation. think I just had an unfortunate bathroom, previously had a nicer room on prior occasion. Hoping my next stay there (for work purposes) is in a nicer room. Venue-wise, location is perfect with a nearby Sainsbury for snacks. Also the lift floor was quite dirty with used tissues in the corner.

Poor attitude of staff at check in TV in room broken - attempted to contact reception multiple times but no answer Noisy floor - people shouting and making loud noises throughout the night and early morning Long delay checking out Disappointed with the stay

This hotel was in a good location and felt quite clean and tidy throughout. Food and drink was a little overpriced as is perhaps to be expected for the location. The bed was OK but my main disappointment was that the gym was ultra tiny.
