This property is great, and if you're a Beatles fan even better there's not one bad thing i could say about this property, its a little confusing to check in... but i absolutely love it. The apartment is huge, BEAUTIFUL!!.

Honest review

First apartment I asked to be moved as there was an overwhelming smell that we thought was weed but they insisted it was just that it’s an old building! They said they just spray air fresheners, the condition of the secondly apartment was very warn all the walls was dirty and marked the beds were not fit for propose generally needs cleaning and re-decorating urgently. Property maintenance is far below what is needed for a rental property, if we could have checked in a hotel we would have but could t find one in the city at such shirt notice. The pictures don’t really show the how bad the condition was.
Mould, damp and dirty
Mouldy. Damp and very dirty coming through the roof!
These dirty hand prints were all over the apartment walls and doors
Sofa was stained wouldn’t like to hazard a guess with what !

Great apartment, great location, all needed items and furnishings present. The apartments are ideal for anyone to have a short term get away in the headlrt of liverpool. As others have stated, you are above a busy street in liverpool with bars and music. There is soundproofing, but only so much music can be stopped. Please be fully aware of this when booking. It is not the fault of the apartments or the company. We found the background music was not oppressive or any reason to not return to this property. We would happily stay here again an d recommend to others.

The apartment itself was great but it was on top of a bar, which meant that loud music was being played till early hours of the morning and I could hear it from the apartment.

Highly recommend

Great apartments in a fantastic location. Perfect for us as near cavern club and lots of great live music pubs. Accommodation was in great condition, bed could have been a bit comfier but overall really good quality accommodation at a reasonable price. Can be a little noisy as above the pub but we didn't mind. Particularly loved the Beatles artwork throughout the accomodation - great touch!

Great mega central apartment for Matthew St. opposite the Cavern Pub. Above the Sgt Pepper bar.. take some ear plugs it can be noisy.. but, you’re in Liverpool cavern quarter! Have an amazing time, you’ll love the apartment!

Wonderful apartment right in the heart of Matthew Street. Stayed with a few friends for our annual get tiger the and it was perfect. The apartment itself was clean, tidy and well presented

Needed a little help from a fan!!!

It was lovely decorated. A very central location. Be aware it’s above the Sgt Pepper Bar & the music doesn’t end until 2am. The apartment is extremely hot, there’s no air conditioning & no way of opening windows so had to ask for a fan. Little disappointed that we had to buy additional wine & Prosecco glasses as not enough for 3 people. Apparently they had spare but you’d think they would’ve checked the apartment before we arrived. It’s a great little apartment if you don’t want an early night. We started in apartment 4.

The decor was lovely, location was great, kitchen was very nice and useful, only issues were the bed was full of dust and crumbs and hairs when we arrived which was a little off-putting and there’s no windows or aircon and it gets very hot.

The property was super noisy , it is understandable because it was right above several bars, music from downside kept bang bang bang until 2am every night I stayed . The room was a bit smelly as there was no window can be opened , the air quality was not good. The room is super spacious , furniture is new , but the bathroom is not good , the bath leaked and I was told not to pour more water ,as some water was leaked to the lower floor apartment. Lights are good and bright enough . The TV turned it on by itself , guest would better pull the curtain as people in the next building can see through the room.
