The hotel is 1 train stop from the airport and the line also takes you straight into London, very convenient. The staff were so accommodating to keep our luggage. The onsite restaurant had excellent vibes & food. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was the best complementary hotel breakfast I've had to date. Highly recommend.

Nice hotel close to Hatton Cross underground station and therefore very easy to get to Heathrow. Walkable distance to the underground. We arrived around 10.30pm and found the restaurant and bar closed. No room service. There is a small self serve section with pre-made sandwiches, snacks and drinks which we purchased from, but it was extremely expensive. If we’d known in advance we would have bought food elsewhere. Otherwise our stay was good.

State one night in two connecting rooms before an early morning transatlantic flight. Showers were nice after we put up with typical British showers for 2 weeks! Room service has a limited menu and only runs until about 9:30 at night, but the food was great. Breakfast is £18 if priests and £20.50 pp if not pre paid. We knew was a tall order just to make our flight in time, so we’re skipped it. The airport battle bus runs $6.95 a person or £13 for a family group not sure what the max is of the family group but it only runs every 45 minutes and it does not strictly stick to its departure schedule we got downstairs to find it had departed five minutes early. Thankfully there was a taxi driver waiting there to rescue us for only a few pounds more than we would’ve spent for the family ticket for a single person you could easily jump on the tube and go to stops but not with four people and six suitcases!

Unfortunately my wife and I had a below average stay at this Hilton Garden Inn. Our room was not ready until 7:30PM due to a large group of airline crew leaving (hotel did offer two drink vouchers), however we were then put in the furthest corner room that was probably 1/4 the size of a normal room. Not sure why the room even allowed occupancy. While the room was quiet, given it was in the furthest area of the hotel, there was mold growing in the shower. Not what I have come to expect from Hilton and luckily our stay was only for one night.

A good option for a mid budget hotel next to the airport. Clean, good staff, not the most comfortable bed but good enough and quiet enough to get a good night of sleep. Would stay here again despite a sandwich from the self service shoplet costing £7.99p!

Short taxi ride to airport was required and this was a surprise. There are two Hilton Garden Inn hotels at Heathrow Airport. Only one hotel is close enough to walk to terminal 2. It is not clear on booking sites that there are two hotels with the same name at different locations. Check carefully the street address of the hotel when making a booking with Holiday Garden Inn to ensure you don’t have the extra cost and time hassle of booking a taxi to get to the airport, if you are trying to save on cost.

Beware that the airport shuttle does not go to terminal 4. If you travel light, the bus/metro is a short walk. There is nothing else nearby, but the hotel serves nice meals and really good breakfast.
