Very satisfied with our accommodations. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic and there was a workout center. There is a shuttle although you have to pay 6.5 pounds. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Booked this in error - thought I had booked the Hilton on the airport. Difficult to find when given different directions from everyone we asked. Check in was excellent , room totally adequate and comfortable, bar and food excellent.

Need to make more of an effort to make the name of this hotel distinguishable from the other 'almost identically' named Hilton Garden Inn Heathrow Hotel. Wasn't much fun trekking across Heathrow at the end of the day to the correct hotel. The hotel tries to position itself above budget range but it really isn't - the rooms are quite tatty and well overdue for an upgrade.

Fine place to stay if you have an early flight from Heathrow. Close walk to Hatton Cross tube station. Take into consideration Hatton Cross does not have an elevator.
