Breakfast was very chaotic. It was busy but still chaotic! The layout needs to be reviewed, which may help. Milk not available near tea & coffee hence people crossing the room to get milk or constantly asking where it was. would make life easier for staff and visitors alike if there was better flow.

Bed was fab....breakfast not.

Great massive comfy bed and dove products in the bathroom was a nice touch. Breakfast was shockingly bad. No real gliten free selection and what i could eat was dry, overcooked and tasteless.nicest bit was a yoghurt.
