Clean room with fresh towels. Lovely walk in shower with hot water. Lovely Dove shower and hand wash.Breakfast was very good and staff so helpful and cleared tables so quickly as it was very busy. Bus stops nearly outside so easy to get to Stratford Station. Had evening meals there and they were excelent and good price. We will be back

Plenty of positive things to say about this hotel. Especially cleanliness, quiet rooms and location for the Abba Voyage concert. Close to both Stratford and Pudding Lane underground and the Westfield shopping centre which is really good.

Very clean , comfortable. Only downside is the temperature cannot be controlled to make the room cool in January. Therefore needed to open window, extreme levels traffic noise all through night
