Booked this hotel as attending the Abba Voyage event, good location, about 10 min walk away, hotel was very clean and staff helpful, bedroom nice, only slight issue, mattress was harder than I am use to, quiet room so everything else was good, breakfast nice and good choices

Abba weekend

Nice hotel, lovely staff, comfy bed clean bathroom, room a little small but great location for Abba arena and Westfield shopping. My only niggle - no bottle of water left in room (nearly every hotel I’ve stayed in provides a bottle of water) and a disposable shower cap would be a great improvement bit in all a. Ice place to stay.

Lovely polite reception and we noticed how obviously clean the hotel was as soon as we walked in. The bed and pillows were so comfortable that we both slept amazingly well. We usually do for a different hotel but will definitely book a holiday inn again.

Located on the high street and transportation is very convenient. Rooms are clean and staffs are friendly. All bookings come with free breakfast, which is a value of your money. However, the hotel does not offer pack breakfast if you need to leave very early for a tour or early flights which is a shame. Also, they don’t deliver food in your room as part of their in-room dining services. Be prepared to go down and take your food with you in your room. If the hotel can improve on these aspects, i think it would give all guests a very wonderful and convenient stays each time.
