Great location and staff

The staff are amazing. Everyone is polite, kind and very helpful. The location of the hotel is very convenient. Close to the Camden market with souvenir shopping and a walking distance away to the Tube.

Lovely stay at the Holiday Inn. Super friendly team - amongst some of the friendliest and helpful we've come across. Great breakfast with a good range of choices. Family room was really comfortable and spacious. Our only comment would be that we found the bathroom chilly however, as the hotel is undergoing maintenance, maybe this will be addressed. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

The hotel was nice, clean, quiet and undated the rooms were spacious compared to any other hotel’s in London. The staff at reception when we arrived was very nice and friendly and he let us check in a little earlier.

What a great place for a hotel.

Great location. Decent rooms and good value for money. Would have scored a 5 but there was daytime construction on site that will ruin any jet lag sleep you might need…as I discovered to my dismay as I wasn’t told about it in advance. Other than that the staff were great.

Excellent team throughout, great service

From being greeted so nicely at reception . even the friendly maintenance man taking down the Christmas decorations chatty & welcoming. Housekeeping polite & friendly. Had a lovely cooked to order breakfast & service from breakfast team again very professional & warm welcome. Room was good with nice view of the lock & good shower.

Rooms need refurbishing

I've always stayed at this hotel when visiting London. It has always been amazing, but this year (Dec 2024) it has really gone downhill. The cleanliness of the rooms is not so good anymore. the rooms are outdated. The heating did not work in our room, and when I told reception they put a small oil filled radiator in the next day. Which was not acceptable. The breakfast was amazing, but I won't be staying here again, and will book a different hotel in future.
