very poor breakfast, greasy, undercooked, small plates. Had to que to get in, got table got coffee an d juice put on table went and got breakfast went back to table to see someone sitting at it, people next to our table said waitress cleared table for someone else can sit down, cups and glasses were full, and we had to que to get food. Why would full cups and glasses be taken away when we are getting our food. by the time we got another table our food was cold so we left. I stay in many hotels and never have i come across such a poor breakfast set up and poor food.

When i booked the hotel with Expedia all it said was parking available there was nothing that said parking was for a fee so i was surprised when i got there and they asked me to pay for parking. Also the hotel was the worst hotel i have ever stayed in, there was no fridge or microwave, the tv was the first edition smart tv so no netflix on it, the tv kept shutting down because the interent was shaky and in the afternoon they switch of the AC at the mains even though it appears on in your individual room like it is on making the room very very hot.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly. One can arrive at the hotel by buses and tram nearby. Most importantly you have a gigantic Trafford Centre in a 10 minute walk for dining and shopping. I highly recommend this hotel.
