Woken up by a loud bleeping noise coming from air con 1.00 am in morning . Couldnt turn it off had to phone reception to sort it out. Couldnt sleep for the next few hours . Staff in morning said it was a computer malfunction. ? Terrible nights sleep, No real apology from staff in morning.

Average stay. Simple things not done right

Stayed in lots of IHG hotels before… this one was not up to the usual standard. Room was not clean; dust everywhere, filthy mirrors and a vacuum had not been near the carpet. It took 3 attempts to get towels in the room as they werent there when I checked in. 3 night stay, no one came into the room at any point to remove rubbish, hoover, tidy etc. This is despite asking for the room to be serviced. Having said all this, comfy bed and I slept well. Breakfast was fine (considering it is ‘free’).

As always a great place to use as a base for business in the Trafford area. Great location, superb staff and rooms. Disappointed that they have felt the need to charge for parking now. Although not expensive, it was frustrating to see this is now in place.

Simple.and perfect!

Simple and seriously effective. Comfy bed, sofa bed with desk and table, nice ensuite. Clean and simple and had lovely service amd breakfast.
