Had a lovely stay at Marriott! Arrived early to drop off bags and the lovely reception staff checked us in early! Deluxe room was great, plenty of room and clean. Bed was very comfy! Great, tasty breakfast selection, close to train station, metro link and shops. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic decor but could be noisy.

Great hotel with fantastic decor (factory record theme). But there's an issue with sound proofing. My room is a joint room but I can hear the TV next door very clearly. And the air con system is noisy even when it's turned off. How bizarre?! Spa/gym has a surcharge of £15, which I don't think was transparent enough on booking sites. Breakfast was good though.

Really good stay apart from the fire alarm at 4 am which they more than apologised for. Will stay here again, only knocked down a star because of that as it was an inconvenience ahah.

Comfortable etc. but some inconvenience for midweek traveller / staying for night time kick off football. Long slow moving queue at 4pm check in. Bar shut just before midnight. Spa facilities don't open till 10 am in the morning.

Staff not very helpful. There was utter chaos regarding room cleaning on the first day, came back after a day out to find room in a mess and not cleaned although had informed front desk in the morning to have it cleaned. Was surprised to know that cutlery request has additional tray charge! Property otherwise was good, convenient location

The hotel was very nice and the family room that we had was huge. The location was great to get to the train station, so public transportation was very convenient. Other major locations were in walking distance. If you have kids, the adjacent park/playground is a must.

Conveniently located with secure parking nearby (£20 for 24 hours). Spacious hotel with friendly staff, fast service and great food. Value for money is excellent besides the spa costs. Booked services in the spa only to find maintenance taking place so some are unavailable and the wooden sauna out of action. A partial refund or wanting regarding these should have been given before booking as we could not fully utilise what we had paid for. No such thing was offered by the hotel disappointingly.

The Executive Rooms are well furnished with good views across the city. Breakfast was above the usual 4 star standard with freshly made omelettes, wide variety of cereals, and, cold meat, cheese and smoked fish platter.

Always comfortable

I stay here regularly for business. Always comfortable and staff friendly & helpful. This time check in took far too long which was frustrating. Also a couple of machines in the gym were not working. At time of writing there is some refurbishment works going on.
