Perfect location for train travel pre or post stay, right next to Piccadilly station or the tram/free bus stop to Victoria station. Lovely lobby area, and staff were all very friendly! There was a cigarette butt in the room I had at the the corner, but easily missed as hidden under the thick curtains. Didn't impact it my stay, and staff did offer to move me if I wanted when I reported to them without hesitation. Great service!

Exceptional service and calue for money

Stayed for 3 nights break and was exceptionally impressed by the servicing of our room each day. Wow tge staff really need to be thanked and given a bonus as they deserve it. Didnt opt gor breakfast but looked and smelt inviting. Bar staff very helpful as were tge reception team. Even the security staff helped guests with getting the lifts and collecting glasses etc. Such amazing value for central Manchester even if rolms a little small. Suited what we needed and a stones throw from sration, transport links and where we needed to get to for our stay. Highly recommend

Lovely stay

We had a two night stay which was lovely, the staff are brilliant as are the rooms but wish they had the option for a twin room and had mugs in their room as opposed to paper cups

Good hotel when travelling through Piccadilly, less than 5 min walk. Good food options nearby and an easy walk to the rest of the city centre and trams also right outside. The room was nice, comfortable, quite plain in decoration and couldn't really open curtains in the day because it opened right out looking into an office block so that was a bit of a shame but just the location. Room was also quite hot despite adjusting the thermostat. Bed was comfortable and shower was nice. Overall for the price I think it was good. I would stay again if in the area.
