Lengthy queue to check in, three lifts in service but again a long queue to get in one to go up to our room. Room had not been cleaned with pizza boxes, empty bottles and questionable stains in the bed sheets. Back to join the queue to try and get a lift downstairs.

All the staff were so helpful and the reception staff were amazing, they helped with our directions to the Arena and train station. Nothing was too much trouble from all the staff, i would highly recommend this hotel x

Good location. Friendly staff. Only issue our rooms air conditioning unit did not work. Wasn't an issue on this occasion. It was reported but not resolved. Breakfast was very good. Would stay again.

We where in Birmingham overnight for a gig at the Utiltia Stadwhich was a short walk from the hotel. We arrived around midday to find our room was already for us, which came ad a very pleasant surprise. Check was very quick and easy and before we knew it we where in our room. The room was spacious well equipped and comfy. Breakfast in the morning was second to none when staying at a hotel, plenty on offer all excellently prepared and hot. Also a very good choice of food covering all tastes. Finally check out like check in was very quick and painless.

Basic but lovely

Nice clean hotel, central for what we needed it for. Staff were lovely, we ended up going back after leaving due to a phone being left behind but staff had it and were very helpful. Breakfast I think was really good, lots of options

Amazing hotel

What an amazing experience, excellent customer experience. Travelled with family over the Easter weekend, kids had an amazing time with toys to play with in their rooms and a very clean environment. I've stayed in different hotels in Birmingham, and this by far beats them all so far!

One night stay prior to flying from Birmingham and everything perfect- close to Birmingham centre activities and the train station. Self-service breakfast easy and enjoyable. Staff friendly.

Relaxing Stay

I would suggest being professional & courteous, to acknowledge a waiting customer. Both reception staff ignored us for approx 5 minutes, whilst talking amongst themselves, carrying out administrative duties behind reception desk. They should have immediately said "Sorry we will be with you in a moment". Once we were spoken to, everything was great. The room was, clean, warm, tv good, breakfast was great. We enjoyed a relaxing overnight stay. Bug thank you.
