"The location is great. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good with friendly staff. The hotel is a bit run-down and needs some renovation. "

"The best thing is definitely the location right next to Time Square. Otherwise the hotel is pretty basic for a 4 star hotel and based on my previous experiences in New York, I was expecting more. I was a bit disappointed that the free breakfast means grab-and-go croissant, yoghurt and juice. When paid extra 6,5$ per person, we could sit down and have one thing from the list. The room was a bit old and not the cleaniest, but the bed was very comfortable and the staff mostly nice. "

"In overall a ok experience. It was a bit hard to operate the elevators. There was also a water maintenance break which we didn’t know since we were not informed."
