Great location in Leeds, central and convenient. Large, airy and light room which was super comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean and well equipped. Room service was efficient. Highly recommend

Central, lovely staff but very tired

Booked as a birthday celebration. Room upgraded on arrival which was unexpected and amazing. Room huge as we were moved to a suite which was such a fabulous surprise Staff all very polite and professional. We approached a little early to see if we could leave our cases but our room was available The whole property needs updating. Dining room has ripped and torn seating, and smells like a public toilet Although we had a suite which we were hugely grateful for, again all of it wanted updating. Huge desk area with TV stood on in lounge was tatty, shabby, needed at least repainting if not updating. Leather chairs in room might mismatched with fabric sofa. Chairs old, leather cracked. Bed dipped in the middle. Frame had what looked like painted plywood under the mattress We would definitely stay again, location so central and near railway station. Bar area lovely and staff were an asset but for a radiosonde really needs a huge programme of refurbishment

Great location.

Good overall as very handy for the station and city centre. Two gripes: on my first night I assumed I'd been put in a room next to a disco but later realised that it was the selfish a***hole in room 806 who also restarted the disco at 0715 next morning. Luckily he/she/it had gone by the next night, or had been told how to behave. Also, because I had an early start on the Saturday I arrived for breakfast at 0700 - as printed in the guest leaflet in the room - to find they didn't open until 0730.

Central Leeds stay.

We had an overnight stay as we were going to a concert, chose this hotel because it was close to the rail station, also not too far to walk to the arena. The check-in was straightforward and we were asked if we wanted to be on a lower or higher floor. Also told about the bar, restaurant and did we want breakfast. The room was easy to find, the facilities were as you would expect, tea/coffee kettle, bathroom with bath and shower over, thick white fluffy towels and a good selection of toiletries. Everything was clean and the bed was fine. The air conditioning worked, but blew onto the bed rather than the room, that was the only slightly disappointing thing, Everything else was fine.

Poor comfort

The bed and mattress was not comfortable and was creaking and we could not sleep. Breakfast was average. Not good enough. Tired carpets in communal area in front of lifts. Great location but everything else was average. Better to go to travelodge or similar

Have stayed at the park plaza many times and put many touring artists up there. It's very convenient for the station and the staff are lovely. The decor is beginning to look a bit tired and there's a lot of construction outside at the moment (hence tiny marks down on one or two areas). All in all, a great hotel with stunning views. It's great value and right by the station.
