Good stay and good value. Asked to move room right away as it smelt of stale / recent smoke and it was done no quibble. Good to have a free coffee included anyway even before this. Pool had kids in it before the time on the hotel info so not easy to swim long but steam and sauna were good condition and worked well. Overall good stay!

Excellent staff!

The most lovely staff working on reception! So chatty and helpful! We were staying at the hotel for an Usher concert and the member of staff who was checking us in gave so much advice for travelling to the venue and getting home.

The staff were most helpful in meeting all my needs and providing all necessary information for me to get through the hotel; retained my luggage temporarily when asked for; provided a comfortable bedroom with excellent facilities; and even helped me get back into my room when I inadvertently locked myself out. The transport links from here are convenient, but it is testament to the hard work of the staff that they made my stay as stress-free as possible. Would certainly recommend for anyone going to ExCeL London or nearby.

Comfortable stay

Stayed in a comfortable room with two double beds for two nights. Very comfortable beds. Quiet rooms from an external point of view despite being in the flight path for the City airport. Quite a bit of noise from the corridor though. Breakfast a good selection although they weren't very good at restocking empty items or clearing dirty plates so the table got quite cluttered. The pool are was ok although not many places to sit.
