I would like to share one piece of constructive feedback. I realized well in advance that I had accidentally booked my stay to begin on 3 January instead of 4 January and reached out weeks ahead to explain the situation. I wasn’t requesting a refund or a change in price — only to keep the same reservation and rate with a corrected check-in date. Unfortunately, this wasn’t possible, and I ultimately had to make a separate booking with another hotel for the correct dates. While I understand policies are important, a bit more flexibility in situations where guests notify the hotel early could help avoid this outcome in the future.
