I’m not sure whether they’re going through renovations but the photos didn’t look the same to the hotel itself. Rooms are very tight but the bed was comfortable, not too bad for a single night but would’ve struggled for a longer stay
When we arrived at the Hotel it wasn’t any staffing at the desk we waited for 10 min to check in. The room was okay but no window ,no air conditioning too hot .
Lovely little hotel, ideal for a short stay, the rooms are small but has everything you need. No air con but uncomfortable in the current climate.

Would let me check in as had no idea but I don’t own id also could find the room my friend was going to wait in the bar on a Saturday after noon no service and staff wouldn’t help also my room door didn’t lock from in side had to have a cabinet again all night and had photo to prove it people scream and arguing at 2.30 in the morning and slamming doors next to my room at 4.40 didn’t sleep all night and breakfast was awful eggs like rubber phots to prove no bacon and could get hot drink I spoke to reception and they said sorry and that was it room was tiny and basic

Good for a 1 night stay, bonus having its own car park
It was definitely a pleasant accommodation to stay at for a few days visiting London and I shall definitely consider staying there again if the price is right. It would have been nice to have the cost of the breakfast buffet to be included in the booking and the variety to choose from was reasonable, but would have been nice to have mushrooms and poached eggs as part of the selection. The room I stayed was definitely reasonable in terms of size and appearance since it was relatively tidy. The location was also very convenient because it's a short walking distance from the underground station to catch the Northern line, which would take me to popular areas in London like Leicester Square, Tottenham Court Road & Waterloo.
First of all I’m a young solo female traveler who booked a single adult room… and the only reason this hotel is getting a star is because of its location.
GENERAL COMPLAINTS
The free wifi only last 24hrs so you have to login repeatedly. Not to mention it’s extremely patchy and would cut in and out all the time.
The room had no fridge, microwave, dishes or air conditioning. It also stank from a pollution that burns and blows smoke into peoples windows.
Bathroom had a shampoo bottle with a fading label. The shower pressure was atrocious and the shower as a whole was old and in need of repair.
If you’re staying on a top floor expect to carry your bags up a steep and narrow flight of stairs. The buildings are incredibly confusing to get around and I got lost repeatedly, having to ask the workers to direct me multiple times on the first few days of my stay.
HARASSMENT COMPLAINTS
This lead to me revealing my room number to a male worker. He then proceeded to knock on my door 3 times after ignoring him the first 2 times until I opened the door so he could ask me out for drinks. I refused and had to close the door in his face for him to take “no” for an answer.
The following day, when I was out he had gone into my room to put flowers and a creepy note with his details on them, asking me out again. This made me even more uncomfortable as it confirmed he had a key to my room.
This made me feel extremely unsafe for the rest of my stay. Scared to sleep and jumpy every time I

Nice staff, but badly managed
Staff are great and mostly helpful. However be aware of some problems: check out time is 10 am and I haven’t seen that anywhere else in the world. There is no phone in the rooms to communicate with staff so if you’re still in the room at the check out time, somebody is going to literally open your door and walk into your room which is an invasion of privacy and also illegal. No lift, stairs are sharp, rather dangerous and inaccessible, it may not even be up to code. Stairs are also loud but you’ll be blamed for coming down the stairs loudly. When you ask for the manager, you’re either told they don’t exist or can’t be reached. Overall good value for what you pay but they need to address some serious issues.
Comfortable bed, although the room was so small that the bed was pushed against the wall to make it fit. Next time I will request to have a bed accessible from both sides. I could not get onto WiFi for some reason and the hotel staff tried to help me. A good value hotel in a lovely area of London.

Awful stay
Rooms were too close together and could hear surrounding customers, had to endure other customers screaming and shouting for 3 nights solid, I had to get up at 3am to the Eurostar this morning and I could not sleep properly due to this and nobody told them to quiet down. Shower was barely passable and cold. I will not be staying again.

Water in the shower was way too hot. Could not use the shower properly. Mentioned when leaving and was told i was not using it properly. The temperature regulator was not functioning. Location was great.
